BYJU’S: 22 billion to 0:

BYJU’S, a popular ed-tech company has recently been valued at 0$ by HSBC and BlackRock.  The company had a peak valuation of 22 billion in 2022, with Shah Rukh Khan as the brand ambassador.

Baron Capital, a US based asset management firm slashed its stake valuation by 99.85%. The company is facing severe liquidity issues and legal disputes with key investors.

BYJU reminds us of that topper nerd from our school, who had not seen a final grade below 95%. Come to college, and this guy could now roll a joint in less than 95 seconds.

The lesson to be learnt here is don’t over-value people or companies, because once everything settles down, all you are left with is “delulu”.

Apple finally brings in much needed changes, but not for everyone:

The apple event has recently caused a big buzz in the tech world with bringing a lot of new updates such as call recording, tap to pay etc.

This caused the average iPhone user to forget how shit his battery backup is and be amazed at how innovative apple is by bringing features which again, already exists in a lot of other smartphones.

However, they still are commendable. A unique feature Apple introduced was “Apple Intelligence”, where Apple has joined forced with Open AI and integrated Chat GPT in the phones. Kind of a cool thing, and probably the only unique thing an average iPhone user could flex about.

But only the 15 PRO and 15 Pro Max will have access to the intelligence feature due to high amounts of computing power required to perform these tasks.

Why does this company always flex on some M2 or cool named chip and then say it’s not good enough for this apple intelligence feature so buy our premium phones.

I guess that’s what makes it a trillion-dollar company. Well played.

UFC: The Rise

This is not going to be about Connor McGregor:

UFC has seen a significant rise in India mainly because of two reasons.

· We love to see Connor McGregor flex his lifestyle

· We are born lovers of watching “lafda”

 Puja Tomar, an Indian athlete has recently created history by winning her 1^st UFC win. Coming from Muzzafarnagar, UP, she secured the win via a split decision.

As we know this news has been on all news channels and Puja has gotten such recognition….

Wait, that did not happen, did it?

Who’s to blame, we Indians must get over the fact that Virat is not in his form yet in the World Cup, football in India also exists and then probably Puja would get a chance. But we acknowledge this Puja, you have done your best and made our crew proud!
