However, the new age CEO of Zoko, Arjun, has completely removed this step from his hiring process.

He states that his company doesn’t negotiate on salaries and pays whatever the candidate asks for while doing salary revisions once a year as well.

The reason for this approach is it builds immediate trust, and employees have no reason to perform their best as they are getting paid exactly what they want.

Arjun is the kind of boss which will give you a proper bonus instead of a pizza as an increment.Arjun is also the boss which will not ask you to inform about your urgent sick leave 2 weeks in advance.

BSNL makes a return!

The sudden increase in packages from companies like Airtel, Jio etc. has surprised Indians who were used to paying nominal rates. Obviously, some blamed Ambani for spending so much on the wedding, but nevertheless, BSNL makes a comeback during such time.

BSNL has offered  much lesser prices to beat the competition. It is backed by our all-time favorite Mr. Ratan Tata, in a 15,000Cr deal to offer fast internet services in India.

Being Badass has a new face:

We usually try focusing on India and athletes making India proud, but this guy deserves more recognition. He is Yusuf Dikec, a shooter who just won a silver medal at the Olympics in the most casual and badass way possible.

Nothing much to grasp here, but Yusuf is an example of winning without fancy BS.
